Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose (1858-1937) was a Renaissance of Bengal, in 19th century who made the stages for development of modern science in India. He was a man of enormous genius and also an eminent scientist of India. Being a physicist with a strong bent of mind in Biology, he postulated after ending physical process physiological process begins. He experimented both with Non-living and Living matter, which was responsible for an important generalisation on the similarity of responses in the Living and the Non- living.
