The present book is a study of the system which is predicated in the general agreement drafted in a very elementary manner with no organizational perspectives which finally gave rise to the World Trade Organization. In fact, the development and changes observed in it in some instances are the results of current and traditional functions of GATT. In this book, the author has attempted to discuss in brief the agreements in Global Trade Regime. Two of the agreements that the author has especially dealt with are the Agreement on Agriculture and Trade-related Agreement on Intellectual Property Rights and their impact on the present economy of developing nations.
