About the author










Jumoke Verissimo is the author of two poetry collections; I am Memory, and A Birth of Illusion, which was nominated for the 2017 NLNG Prize for Literature. Her latest work, A Small Silence. won the Aidoo-Synder Prize (2020) and was also shortlisted for the Ondaatje Prize in 2020. Grandma and the Moon's Hidden Secret is her first picture book.

Summary
