Rare thoracic arterial lesions are increasingly described in our country.Arterial lesions are usually asymptomatic, which makes their clinical diagnosis difficult. The appearance of signs (chest pain, which is a frequent reason for consultation in cardiology) most often reflects complications that remain formidable. However, a better prognosis requires an early diagnosis. The angioscanner remains the complementary examination of reference in the diagnosis of the thoracic vascular lesions which can be at the base of the pains of this area. Its systematic introduction in the assessment of thoracic vascular lesions as well as the development of cardiovascular surgery will probably contribute to the reduction of mortality by these lesions.
