Christine A. Ateah is an assistant professor of nursing at the University of Manitoba. She has been a member of RESOLVE since its inception and is a member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Child Abuse. Janet Mirwaldt is a governmental children`s advocate and a former child-welfare social worker.
