A love story for fans of One Day by David Nicholls or Kate Eberlen's Miss You

About the author

Eva Carter is a pseudonym for internationally bestselling author Kate Harrison, who worked as a BBC reporter before becoming a writer. She lives in Brighton on the south coast of England and loves Grey's Anatomy, walking her dog, and running very slowly on the seafront. She was inspired to write her first novel, How to Save A Life, by her own experience of giving CPR to her partner, who was successfully resuscitated, as well as her mother's stories of work as a trauma nurse. Her second novel is Owner of a Lonely Heart.

Additional text

I fell in love with the characters from page one. Eva captured perfectly the impact of a life-changing event when young; how it impacts how we live and love going forwards. How to Save a Life is the very epitome of a life-affirming novel. I absolutely loved it
