Informationen zum Autor After campaigning with Greenpeace for years, Catherine Barr trained as a journalist and became an editor at the Natural History Museum, writing exhibitions. She now writes books for children. Her first book, The Story of Life , was shortlisted for The English Association Picture Book Award and longlisted for the School Library Association Information Book Awards. Jean Claude is the pseudonym of illustrator Hannah Abbo. She is a self-taught, award-winning illustrator from the United Kingdom. She currently lives with her partner, child and cat in Lisbon, Portugal. When she's not drawing she loves gardening, rollerblading and knitting.
