The present monograph has as object the analysis of the ordinary process of recognition of improvements and extensions that are inside the civil code in its art 95-97 and 223 that inside the Bolivian legislation is classified as an ordinary process, but through the analysis and characteristics of the ordinary process of recognition of improvements we will demonstrate that in reality this procedure can be qualified and introduced in an order for payment process because it fulfills the specific aim of this process that is the enforceable liquid sum that are the purpose of an order for payment process.The main objective is to establish that the ordinary process of recognition of improvements and extensions belongs to a monitoring structure and to propose a bill for its inclusion in art 376 in a specific numeral which will allow the procedural subjects a better method to face and develop a monitoring process of recognition of improvements and extensions which will be brief and precise.
