About the author

Michael McIntyre’s spot-on observational comedy and trademark ability to turn everyday situations into masterclasses of human exasperation have struck chords with millions of fans, cementing him as one of the UK’s most loved comedy performers. Michael’s big break came when he performed on the 2006 Royal Variety Performance. Since then Michael has become one of the most successful comedians in the world, with his tours selling over four million tickets. He hosted Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow from 2009 on BBC1.
