Kate Hutchinson is a freelance journalist, broadcaster and occasional DJ based in London, specialising in music, pop culture and global nightlife. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, the Guardian, Observer New Review, The Times, The Independent, Q, The Wire, NME and Dazed. Prior to going freelance she was the Deputy Editor at Guardian Guide and Time Out London.
