Robert Musil (6 November 1880 - 15 April 1942) was an Austrian philosophical writer.

Jeremy Adler is a Senior Research Fellow and Professor Emeritus at King's College London. He has published widely on German and Comparative Literature. His Goethe. A Critical Life was published last year.
