One of the negative consequences of the wrong human lifestyle is that the connection between the body and the mind is underestimated and one of the consequences is the mental and physical illnesses that have plagued the human race for many years and for which no definitive cure has been found. For this reason, in many cultures, in addition to classical medical treatments, organized treatments have been considered to deal with physical-mental (mental-physical) diseases. Psychosomatic illnesses are those physical illnesses in which psychological factors are effective in their aggravation and prevalence, and it does not mean that only psychological factors are involved in their occurrence, but psychological factors have a catalytic role in accelerating and intensifying them.26% of the total population over the age of 25 suffer from psychosomatic illnesses, while less than 1% of the population use psychotherapy and counseling services and about 70% of people who go to hospitals for examination and treatment. They suffer from psychosomatic diseases (Dehkordi, 2008).
