Considering the importance of human resources as a strategic resource in societies and organizations and since human resources are raised as the most important factor, it is important to deal with the factors affecting the performance of human capital in organizations, especially in universities of medical sciences. Continuing education offices throughout the country are the subsidiaries of the educational vice chancellors' offices of universities of medical sciences. They are responsible for designing, planning, and managing the implementation of continuing education programs for all those involved in universities of medical sciences. The education scope includes the knowledge and skills that technologists identify as the basic medical sciences, clinical medicine principles, and preventative care and are discussed and taught. Those engaged in continuing education (1991) include graduates of medicine, dentistry, professional doctors, laboratory scientists, medical diagnosis experts, and doctors of health sciences.
