Faced with COVID-19 quarantine, the Woodlake Kiwanis club members were discouraged and disheartened. Enthusiasm waned until a member proposed ZOOMING, which took some learning, but soon proved interesting. Speakers were brought in, and a meeting RECAP was written for each meeting. Soon, people "had to attend"

This story includes four months of RECAPs and the Responses, with witty repartee and saucy asides.

About the author

This book is unusually noteworthy, because it celebrates the first six weeks of spring in two North Portland neighborhoods--typical of many of Portland's 91 neighborhoods, around the entire city. "OctoberFest: North Portland Gardens" by the same author portrayed these same neighborhoods for their abundant vibrant autumnal displays that richly acknowledge the wisdom and care that past generations have bestowed upon current homeowners .
