An award-winning 21+ year First Vice President and Senior Advisor at one of the top financial firms in the world, she specializes in working with senior corporate executives. Motivated by a crushing, 12-year long health experience (including two autoimmune diseases AND cancer), and a triumphant revival, she simultaneously founded a entrepreneurial venture to deliver the message to executives, entrepreneurs and people in our workforces that well-being enhances, promotes and DRIVES success, and that well-being is the key to our highest potential in business and in life. Her goal is to eradicate workplace burnout and to shine a light on the new, modern leader who leverages well-being for power.
A masterful storyteller and inspiring keynote speaker, McNealy has presented to thousands of people over her career. She holds a B.A. from Cornell University and a Masters from Northwestern University, is a Reiki Master and frequent jogger, and lives vibrantly in Northern California with her two teen daughters.
