About the author

Michaela Maier, born in 1991, was fascinated by books and lectures about psychology, communication and spirituality when she was just a child. While she was studying to become a teacher, she majored in theology and Germanic studies. Not only did she complete additional apprenticeships in coaching, post-secondary teaching methods, and nutrition, but she also conducted a research project titled Positive Psychology and Stress while working on her degree.
Currently, she teaches adults how to reconnect with their inner child and discover their true potential. Beyond rational knowledge and science, this process typically involves relying on one's internal intuition and wisdom.
