About the author

Chowdhury Ishrak Ahmed Siddiky is Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Asia Pacific, Bangladesh, and the Deputy Director of the South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies (SAILS), Bangladesh. He is also a practicing lawyer at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the editor of The Rule of Law in Developing Countries: The Case of Bangladesh, published by Routledge (2018).
