About the author










Helen has had a passion for cooking from an early age and the first recipe she tore out of a magazine was in 1968 when she was 8 years old. She has kept a record of all the meals she has planned and cooked for over 40 years. As well as having a successful professional career, Helen has had a busy and sometimes challenging life story. She lives in Kent with her husband, Marc.
