The right to judicial protection of a citizen in case of violation of his/her rights and freedoms by the authorities is one of the most important legal guarantees in a legal democratic society. The task of the institute of protection of persons' rights in enforcement proceedings is to restore the violated subjective rights in the framework of compulsory execution of acts of judicial and other authorized bodies, as well as legally protected interests of citizens and organizations in this area. The most pressing issues of protecting the rights of persons in the enforcement proceedings are: judicial protection against illegal actions (inaction) of the bailiff; protection of the rights of persons who are not parties to the enforcement proceedings, but who are owners (possessors) of property foreclosed on by the enforcement proceedings and protection of the rights of persons whose rights are to be restored in connection with the cancellation of a court act in whole or in part (reversal of execution).
