Heather Hopkinson, RVT, VTS-EVN, CCRP, is an Equine and Farm Animal Veterinary Center Technician and a Rehabilitation and Mobility Veterinary Technician at the College of Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
