The book is a survey by the author looking at how economic policies in the African continent (sub-Sahara Africa) has affected the road infrastructure, the reason being that African road network has been described as among one of the worst road network in the world and badly maintained, so the author using a descriptive analysis surveyed some of the policies relating to road infrastructure and was able to see the challenges confronting our road and of course suggest way forward.
