About the author

Robert Caravaggi is the founder and co-owner of Swifty's restaurant, formerly based in New York and now stationed in the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. He was also the former longtime maître d' of Mortimer's, working closely with owner and friend Glenn Bernbaum.
