Rafael Cayuela Valencia, MBA, is Director and Corporate Chief Economist at Dow Chemical. He holds advanced degrees in Business and Economics and has over a decade of experience in the chemical industry. Andrew Hagan, PhD, is Executive Director of the World Council on Industrial Biotechnology. He is the former Head of Chemistry and Advanced Materials at the World Economic Forum. He is a member of the Chatham House at the Royal Institute of International Affairs and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
