This book comprises a series of short commentaries on the nature of conscious awareness, what it is, where it is, and what distinguishes it from the mind and body. It examines in detail why awareness is not ordinarily aware of being aware, and what this has to do with the ego.

About the author

Peter was in a fourth way school for more than 30 years where he was editor of a monthly newsletter about system ideas, methods, and practices. For the last 15 years he has worked independently while writing about how the fourth way and non-duality overlap, interweave, and reinforce each other while pointing to the same original source.
