"I know there will be many speech pathologists, dietitians and other health professionals recommending this cookbook, as the recipes are appealing from a visual, aroma and taste perspective, but also packed with easy to swallow meals."
- Rachelle Robinson, Speech Pathologist, Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney
This is far more than a comprehensive and worldly cookbook for people with dysphagia and their families. Rather, an obliging and invaluable culinary guide for those with swallowing difficulties.
Carefully written by not just an ingenious cook and lover of good food but by someone who experiences the same medical pitfalls.

About the author

After receiving catastrophic news that his dietary requirements would forevermore be nil-by-mouth, Robert resolutely but incrementally for almost a year got himself back to swallowing with the help of speech pathology and his steadfast wife Teresa. This cookbook is a testament to this pertinacity and serves as an encouraging example of what others can achieve, whilst accommodating for the whole household and friends alike. Robert resides in Sydney, Australia and helps to educate speech pathology students at a Sydney University.
