About the author










Rachel Lawston is a children's author, book designer and natural history enthusiast. She is a keen amateur orchid hunter, birdwatcher and bat detector! She has worked with many publishers as a designer, including Walker Books and Penguin Random House. She loves volunteering with education at WWT London Wetland Centre in Barnes, where husband Paul is the Learning Manager.

Summary
