About the author

Niomi Clyde Roberts is an assistant headteacher with a passion for effective pedagogy. She carries out science workshops for early career teachers and has been awarded the Primary Science Quality Mark (PSQM). Niomi has completed her NPQSL and writes for blogs and education platforms including Nexus Education and HWRK magazine, and has led workshops at events such as PrimaryRocks and Practical Pedagogies in Toulouse.
