This book gathers essays that introduce the ideological advances in the philosophy of engineering and technology in contemporary China. It particularly focuses on China's distinctive concepts and methods, revealing different views and academic debates to offer readers a comprehensive overview of this important field.

About the author










Qian Wang earned his MA from Northeast Normal University and Doctor Degree from Northeastern University. He is the professor of Philosophy at Dalian University of Technology with research interests in Philosophy of Technology, Ethics of Technology and History of Science & Technology. He is also the Vice Director of Academic Board of Dalian University of Technology.
