About the author










Abhishek Tripathi graduated in Buddhist Studies, Philosophy, and Comparative Religions from Nalanda University focus on Yoga Philosophy, Philosophy of Mind, and consciousness studies. He is currently a Ph.D. student in Cognitive Psychology and Science at Sapienza University, focusing on meditation, contemplative science, and consciousness research.
