Mindfulness In Eastern Wisdom - Unman - Pure Consciousness In Ha hayoga

Unman, the supra level of human consciousness, is a significant contribution of Nath-yogis, particularly of GorakhNath, to the Indian intellectual tradition. The main aim of this work is to review and analyze the psychological and neuroscientific works of literature in the field of MBSR studies to understand consciousness at the intersection of modern psychology and eastern traditions, especially the Ha hayoga School.

About the author

Abhishek Tripathi graduated in Buddhist Studies, Philosophy, and Comparative Religions from Nalanda University focus on Yoga Philosophy, Philosophy of Mind, and consciousness studies. He is currently a Ph.D. student in Cognitive Psychology and Science at Sapienza University, focusing on meditation, contemplative science, and consciousness research.
