La Vonne Earl is the founder and director of YKI coaching associates and is a Master Certified Christian Coach. Her professional training includes coaching, counseling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Sozo Healing, and Vision therapy. As someone who has a great understanding of God's Word and is creative and innovative in her approach, La Vonne has had the wonderful privilege of bringing many individuals to the Lord. She is endorsed by influential leaders such as Brian Simmons, the lead translator of The Passion Translation, Denny and Leesa Bellesi, The Kingdom Assignment International, as well as other pastors and therapists.
