About the author










Christian Hovestadt is a doctoral student at the Cologne Institute for Information Systems at the University of Cologne, Germany. In his research, he focuses on artificial intelligence, business processes, and the sharing economy.

 
Jan Recker is AIS fellow, Alexander-von-Humboldt fellow, chaired professor of Information Systems and Systems Development at the University of Cologne, Germany and adjunct professor at Queensland University of Technology, Australia. His research focuses on systems analysis and design, digital innovation and entrepreneurship, and digital solutions for sustainability challenges.
 
Janek Richter is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Cologne Institute for Information Systems at the University of Cologne, Germany. His research interests include IT-enabled organizational agility, organizational change in digital transformation, and enterprise architectures.
 
Karl Werder is apostdoctoral research fellow at the Cologne Institute for Information Systems at the University of Cologne, Germany. His research focuses on complex organizational processes, digital options, and data-driven decision making.
