In 1977 Nancy-Ann Feren discovered a lifelong love of national parks and camping when she spent a week at Acadia National Park in Maine with her two young sons and her husband, Dick. Since then, Nancy-Ann and Dick have explored all the sites in the National Park System, enjoying the history and nature, roasting marshmallows under the stars, and sleeping soundly each night in their two-person tent. This delightful book chronicles 40 years of their memorable adventures in the parks and preserves.
