About the author

Yasmin Nahar is a single disabled mum living with her two daughters in Luton. She completed her BSc Hons in Computer and Internet Applications in 2003. She has always been interested in writing for younger readers, as she wants to encourage helping society in some sort of way; she has found that with the help of her characters in her story she is able to do this. Adventures of Zara and Jannat: India is Yasmin's second book in the series, where the main characters have been named after her own two daughters.
