Informationen zum Autor Lisa Edwards  is a former children’s publisher who is now a freelance writer, editor, and Yoga teacher. Lisa trained and taught Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga at the prestigious Sampoorna Yoga school in Goa, India. Under the guidance of her teacher, Sudhir Rishi—a former Hindu monk—she has since undertaken further training in pranayama, meditation, and Yoga philosophy.  She splits her time between the UK and India, and is committed to bringing the spiritual ideas she has learned to a young audience, to encourage them to discover and celebrate the joy that lies inside every living being, including themselves.  Sandhya Prabhat is an independent animator and illustrator from Chennai, working out of California. She has illustrated children’s books, animated television shows and movies, and designed for social media platforms. She is the illustrator of The Spice Box , My Name , and A Garden in My Hands , as well as many other picture books.
