The concept of governance is seen as a key concept that is / is desired to be used instead of the concept of management in many disciplines today. The desire for a more moderate management by reducing the cold and rigid effects of the administration has been important in the spread of this concept. Governance, which means management done together in a conceptual sense, emphasizes efficiency and productivity in meeting the need for management as a democratic effective management. Nació en Samsun en 1983. Se licenció en la Universidad Cumhuriyet de Sivas en 2004, hizo un máster en la Universidad Gaziosmanpäa de Tokat en 2007 y se doctoró en la Universidad de Estambul en 2012. Actualmente es jefe de departamento y profesor en la Universidad de Tokaat Gaziosmanpäa, en el departamento de Administración Pública.
