About the author
E.A. (Eithne) Kennedy is CEO of Avenir Holdings, a boutique management consultancy company, working with client organizations around the world on humanizing business transformation. She is also Founder of Isle Of Us Productions, focused on the development of human potential. With both Irish and Swiss nationalities, Eithne has lived and worked in several countries around the world. Her international exposure has led her to develop an insatiable curiosity about the meaning of life, why we are here and how we can make the most of ourselves - and help others develop their talents - along the way. Eithne is regularly invited to speak and moderate at global business conferences and has worked with many organizations across the globe, running career and personal development workshops.
