About the author
Na Chen received her B.Sc. degree in 2011 from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Her research interest includes signal processing, wireless communications, multimedia communication. Her current work focuses on the resource constrained wireless multimedia transmission. Tingting Huang received her B.S. Degree in Electronic Information Science?and Technology?in 2014?from the College of Physical Science and Technology,?Central China Normal University, China. Since September 2014, she has been working and studying at the Multimedia Communications and Interactive Institute, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. Her research interests include High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), Joint Source Channel Coding (JSCC) and Machine Learning.?
