The stories are explorations into the cultural morality of each civilization from their points of view. Blumetti built reach alien civilization from his study of world history. Every civilization grew on its own unique cultural imperative. Blumetti was trained as a historian to view each culture and civilization from their own moral imperative free from measuring their motives against our own contemporary morality. Unfortunately, history as an academic discipline has been replace by a political correct inquisition of political correctness. Therefore, there are no "good guys" or "bad guys" in the universe of Galactic Affairs. Each alien civilization act according to what they consider is right and wrong.
