She also serves as Chief of the Department's Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. CHARLES J. LOCKWOOD, MD, MHCM, is Senior Vice President of USF Health, Dean of Morsani College of Medicine and a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Public Health at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, USA.
