The research developed presented a business alternative (e-commerce) applied to commercial microenterprises that are constituted by natural persons, this type of business was called neighborhood warehouses, which have had a sustainable permanence of commercialization in time. However, with the arrival of franchises imported in the format of convenience stores are representing a threat to their businesses. The research proposed as a general hypothesis: the application of e-commerce if it influences the improvement of the profitability of commercial microenterprises. We analyzed 380 samples of warehouses located in the north and east of the city, places with the highest population of this type of business and to measure the correlation of variables we used the Rho-Spearman test through the SPSS v25 software, giving as a result a high correlation and therefore the acceptance of the silver hypothesis equivalent to 0.958. Finally, it was concluded that it is viable for Peruvian commercial microenterprises to adopt e-commerce in their businesses and assume risks, in order to obtain the loyalty of their clients for years.
