Informationen zum Autor Mary Ellen O'Connell is the Robert and Marion Short Professor of Law and Research Professor of International Dispute Resolution, Kroc Institute at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, where she devotes her research to strengthening international law in the interest of peace. In 2018, O'Connell was a Fulbright Fellow at the Norwegian Nobel Institute. From 2005 to 2010, she chaired the International Law Association's Committee on the Use of Force, followed by two years as a vice president of the American Society of International Law.
