CORPORATIVE MANAGEMENT - A STUDY ON THE LEVELS OFGOVERNANCE OF BM&FBOVESPA LISTED CORPORATIONS

The work was based on the research topic to try to identify whether the companies listed on BM&FBOVESPA follow the necessary rules to be within the corporate governance levels. The main objective of the survey was to study and identify the rules pre-established by BM&FBOVESPA and verify whether the organizations listed on them demonstrate that they follow the rules necessary to fit into each level of corporate governance. The survey was carried out by means of studies on the levels of corporate governance and their control mechanisms.
