Derechos de los trabajadores inmigrantes irregulares - La validez del contrato de trabajo de los inmigrantes

El objeto de estudio de la presente investigación abarcará sobre la validez del contrato de trabajo por parte del trabajador inmigrante, teniendo en cuenta que España es un país con un gran volumen de flujo migratorio del cual debe, por lo tanto, tomar ciertas medidas; al mismo tiempo se expondrán los antecedentes y vicisitudes que han abordado los tribunales sobre los derechos de los trabajadores inmigrantes irregulares en España y el reconocimiento de sus derechos por parte de la Seguridad Social a los mismos en los últimos años.
