Chinoya Tungamirai Chipango, nacida en 1986, tiene un máster en Estudios sobre Desastres por la Universidad de Mulungushi, y una licenciatura en Geografía por la Universidad de Zambia. Tiene una amplia experiencia en investigaciones cualitativas y cuantitativas sobre desarrollo humano. Chipango es actualmente asistente de investigación en el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD).
