About the author










M. Ziad Al-Ani is Senior Lecturer at Glasgow Dental Hospital and School, University of Glasgow, Glasgow, UK.
Robin J.M. Gray was a Specialist in Oral Surgery and Director of Manchester Dental Specialists. He was formerly Senior Lecturer and Coordinator of TMD Clinical Teaching and Research Services at the Department of Dental Medicine and Surgery, University Dental Hospital of Manchester, Manchester, UK.
