About the author










Septiana is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of Academic Affairs, School of Public Administration, the National Institute of Public Administration (STIA LAN). She completed her PhD from Public Policy and Governance Program of the Crawford School of Economics and Government, the Australian National University (ANU) College of Asia and the Pacific.
