Cardiomyopathy is a set of diseases which affect the muscles of the heart. It is of various types - dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restricted cardiomyopathy, takotsubo cardiomyopathy and arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia.
