Glenn Dakin is a British cartoonist and author of children's books. He began his writing career as a comics creator, devising the humor strip
Temptation, and the autobiographical character Abe. His work has appeared in cult UK magazines such as
Escape and
Deadline. He went on to work for Marvel Comics, writing for the superhero series
Plasmer and
Clan Destine. He also created the cartoon strip
Robot Crusoe, which ran for eight years in the Sunday Times.
