Charles Darwin The Voyage that Changed History The love for animals led English naturalist Charles Darwin to discover something incredibly important: that all species of living beings have evolved from a common ancestor, through a process called natural selection. With this great discovery, which Darwin called the theory of evolution, he came to revolutionize science, religion and philosophy. This is the story of the journey around the world that allowed Charles Darwin to make these important discoveries, as well as the effect they had on his time's society. Both the register of the narrative and the style of the images are appropriate for schoolchildren between 8 and 11 years old.
