Glennys Marsdon B. Psych is an award winning consumer psychology consultant, author and disability advocate. She has spent over 20 years researching consumer behaviour. Her work has seen her nominated for a citizen of the year award, win a prestiguous consumer protection award, and be profiled by Seth Godin.
